Year 1 — establish a deeper baseline
May include DNA/genetic assessment, MEDDEC longitudinal interpretation and a qualified healthcare-professional consultation, subject to final contracted scope.
Year 2 — add a new biomarker layer
May use advanced blood, saliva, urine, combined biomarker or other suitable remote/clinic-enabled assessments. DNA would not be repeated unnecessarily.
Year 3 — compare change over time
Selected reassessment, longitudinal comparison and professional review can evolve according to evidence, operational feasibility and regulatory requirements.
